brother if you expected Hollywood level VFX and CGI in an India movie in a decent budget then it is impossible because brother at present the fees of actor's in India movie's is 100-200 crores so you can't expect Hollywood level VFX and CGI in a decent budget
But brother after watching the teaser of my movie it failt like it is possible because brother look at the teaser the animation CGI color grading coffee looks awesome if dosen't seem like it would have been made in descent budget because I have seen this type of VFX in (kalki 2898AD) movie also and there was not much different between the VFX of thet movie and the VFX of this movie's teaser
But kalki 2898AD movie 90%of the shooting shubh was done in green screen and a separate sat was made and brothe there were actor who took very high salary that's why the budget of this movie was so high
But brother the actor of this movie teja sajja was let seen in hanuman movie
But say anything friend on matter how good the VFX CGI of the movie is if the story of the movie is not good then all this is the best the hard worker of the actor and director is also good now by watching its teaser it can be guessed that the story of the movie will really be powerful because as much as it was known by seeing it's teaser the most the most powerful element of the teen will be (9 books stick and 1 sword) in which the villain will have a sword thet the hero will have a stick and child will have 9 books he has not save himself from falling into the wrong hands and also has to stop the most powerful entity of Kalyug
