AA23, this movie has every single chance to connect to the LCU (Lokesh Cinematic Universe). This universe is very interesting and mind-blowing in every single scene because Lokesh Kanagaraj is always a mastermind, and Allu Arjun combines multiple talents like dancing, acting, romance, action, and mass appeal. And if Lokesh Kanagaraj can easily showcase all these things in his upcoming film, the theaters will be packed because, without a doubt, Allu Arjun puts a lot of life into his performances, and he does his work very properly. But the point is, he needed to work with a director who could further enhance his talent and present him in a different way, like Sandeep Reddy Vanga or SS Rajamouli. But Lokesh Kanagaraj also falls into this list. Even though his film "Coolie" was a disaster, his filmmaking style is clearly visible in that movie, showing that he was trying something new, but it didn't quite work out because he was a huge fan of Rajinikanth, so he didn't want to push him as hard as he would a younger actor.
And here, Allu Arjun is a full-on energetic and iconic star, and if we even get 50% of the energy from "Coolie" in this new project, the audience will still make this movie a super-duper hit because Allu Arjun breathes life into the story with his performance. If another actor had played the role in Pushpa, it would have remained an underrated movie, but the way he presented himself in that story is something not every actor can do. Other actors have to adapt themselves to the story, but Allu Arjun is an actor who doesn't have to adapt to the story; instead, the story has to adapt to him. One good thing about this star is that after becoming a superstar, he selects big projects very carefully, unlike others who just jump into any project after a movie becomes a hit and they become a pan-India hero. Don't just blindly sign every big project that comes your way. No, Allu Arjun has properly understood the director and their filmmaking style before selecting this movie, just like Atlee.
Now, we all know Atlee from Jawan, and he has also made so many movies with Thalapathy Vijay. In fact, Atlee was one of the reasons for Thalapathy's comeback, and he presented Thalapathy Vijay in such a masterful way that no other director could, except for Lokesh Kanagaraj. Because only a director can understand how to present a star in a movie and its story. And now Thalapathy Vijay's Leo is coming out; I felt his role was a bit less in that, but still, since it's his last movie, there will be something special in it. Talking about Allu Arjun, his upcoming movie with Atlee will primarily be a sci-fi action film. Most of the scenes will be shot on a green screen, and it will also have some CGI characters, but not just normal ones. They will be created and shot at such a high level that it will feel like we are watching a Hollywood movie. And why wouldn't it? Because all the big VFX artists from Avengers and Avatar are going to work on this movie. The movie's shooting is almost underway.
Now, just like the announcement video for Allu Arjun's AA23 with Lokesh Kanagaraj came out, you can understand that the story of Allu Arjun's movie with Atlee is almost complete, and the shooting is about to begin. Because Allu Arjun only does one movie a year, the shooting for one of his movies must be complete by now. He will now dedicate all his time and effort to this movie, which is great, and we might get to see his movie with Atlee soon, perhaps by the end of this year or sometime in between. Either a poster or the official name of the movie will be revealed, or we might even get to see the first look of the character. Allu Arjun has maintained his own level, not just his superstar status, and to properly maintain it, he's working with directors who will truly help him reach Shah Rukh Khan's level. Because, look, other actors might think that if they want to become a pan-India superstar, they have to go to directors like Rajamouli and work with them to properly become a pan-India star. But that's not the case with Allu Arjun. Before Pushpa, hardly anyone knew director Sukumar outside of South India; whatever audience knew him in India, knew him because of Arya. Similarly, Lokesh Kanagaraj gained recognition in Hindi cinema through his work with Aamir Khan in Coolie, and Atlee through his work with Shah Rukh Khan in Jawan.
